TumbleHop

Let's get moving! TumbleHop is a fun class that gets kids moving in multiple ways, combining creative dance, hip-hop, and tumbling. Class starts with a full-body developmental warm-up that supports aerobic activity, coordination, strength, flexibility, and agility. This course includes developing hip-hop and creative dance skills. Students will also work with Teacher Loren on tumbling skills which include rolls, inversions, balances, and cartwheels. The course concludes with a final performance highlighting what the students learned and were most interested in.
