In this new class, students will learn to paint and sketch from observation in Clark Park! Dependent on class interest, we may walk to other drawing locations close by, including Penn's Locust Walk and the Spruce Hill Bird Sanctuary. Each week will focus on either an ink drawing or watercolor painting technique, which students may choose to incorporate into any class work. Take advantage of the late sunsets as we approach the summer solstice, and draw from observation with instructor guidance. In the event of inclement weather, class will be held indoors at The Arts League. All materials will be supplied by us.
