What are fiber arts? Find out at The Arts League!

In "Fantastic Fibers" students will learn the basics of creating fiber art. In this class, students will explore the fiber techniques such as wet felting, weaving, sewing, fabric painting, braiding, and beyond. Through close observation, fine motor development and play, students will explore and master a variety of techniques for adhering fibers together to make useful and artful soft objects. 

 

Projects include making looms, sewing pouches, and fabric collage.
